HP Elite X3 phablet running Windows 10 Mobile leaks

Looks like the upcoming Windows 10 phablet from HP can’t hide any more prior to its expected MWC announcement as people at Tech2 was able to take some stills of it.

he HP Elite X3, according to the leak, will sport a 5.96-inch QHD display and is powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 quad-core SoC. There will be 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Just like current Windows 10 Mobile king, the Lumia 950 XL, it will have an Iris Scanner for Windows Hello, and also a fingerprint scanner. Imaging is handled by 16MP and 8MP cameras.

he phablet is also said to be water and dust resistant with an IP67 and MIL-STD-810 certification plus there’s wireless charging. All of these are packed in a slim 7.8mm body with a USB 3.0 Type-C port for Continuum.

The Elite X3 is expected to be unveiled next week at the MWC 2016 in Barcelona. And, from it’s leaked specifications, it’s definitely a flagship Windows 10 Mobile smartphone, even surpassing the Lumias.
